Chris gave us a competitive estimate, we awarded the contract and when the siding was delivered they scheduled the one day installation on our 1908 Oak Park IL residence. The siding was primed so I am now beginning to apply the finish paint. I am finding that the GME installation is excellent! The flashing, caulking, trim, and siding are flawlessly installed. Kris is a good guy to work with and the crew excellent, working on a frigid January day.”

“Our home desperately needed new siding. GME was prompt at quoting the job and once the material was in, started on the job in a timely manner. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars was due to some minor communication challenges. At times we had to ask whether or not installers were going to be coming to the house, because hours would go by and we did not see the install crew. Overall, this communication challenge was minor in the grand scheme of things, and the install itself was well done! I would recommend the company.”

They removed 5 doors and a balcony along with beautiful siding on the entire house along with trim and gutters. The entire job was completed in 5 days. “I had an exterior sliding door replaced recently. When I first had GME out to look at the problem, Nick spent time trying to fix it before the sales pitch to sell me a new door, and I really appreciated that. Once we realized the door was beyond repair, his intent was that the adjustments would help keep things weather tight until the replacement arrived. A few days later, the door slid off the track, and I wasn’t able to open the door at all. With it being summer, we enjoyed using that door for access to our patio. I called Nick who promptly came down and made another adjustment to keep our door functional until the replacement arrived. We now have our new door, and I am very happy with the product.”

“Had them come out to look at our roof bc we had 2 leaks. Cody came out and evaluated our roof and said our chimney needed to be caulked and that should alleviate one leak but we would need a new roof soon. He caulked the chimney for us and he was right!! It alleviated one of our leaks. We will definitely use GME in the spring. Very honest and knowledgeable ????”
